please be seated, hope you’re hungry
Saturday, October 3, 2026
6:30 – 8:00 PM
Nicolett Ballroom @ Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown
Once Social Hour wraps, we’ll gather for dinner.
This part of the evening is about slowing down for a minute — sharing a meal, hearing a few words from people we love, and actually getting to sit with the people who came all this way to celebrate with us. If you have a dietary restriction that was not included in your RSVP, please reach out to Amy or Travis as soon as possible so we can do our best to help.
finding your seat
A seating chart will be available near the dinner space. Please check the chart before entering and find your assigned table.
menu
One of our favorite things is gathering around the table with family and friends, so we wanted our reception to feel like a big family dinner. When you RSVP'd, you selected your preferred entrée so we could be sure there was plenty for everyone to enjoy. We're excited to share the meal family style, with dishes passed around the table to create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We hope you'll help yourself, share with those around you, and enjoy celebrating with us.
Salad: Sweet Gem Caesar Salad – Parmesan Cheese, Herbed Crouton, Slivered Red Radish, Caesar Dressing
Entrées: Herbed Stuffed Chicken and Filet of Tenderloin
Accompaniments: Wild Mushroom Risotto, Baby Carrots Natural Pan Jus, Dauphinoise Potato, Caramelized Shallot Demi and Sauteed Petite Vegetables
toasts & speeches
We’ll hear a few toasts during dinner from our Maid of Honor, Diana Eastman, and Best Man, Lucas Lindholm. No guest homework required — just listen, laugh, maybe cry, and raise a glass.
kids & families
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration unless otherwise noted on your invitation.
