the couple
We are the perfect partners. From navigating a long-distance start, to tackling a DIY home remodel side-by-side, then moving to a new state to build our life together, every chapter has only reinforced what we already knew: we are better together.
At our core, we are equally detail-oriented and all in on everything we do, always supporting one another until everything feels exactly right. We both fully commit to the bit and somehow now have more photos in costumes than in regular clothes…
here are some cold-hard facts about us…

-
Travis, and Amy has gotten a little too comfortable being a passenger princess! When we first moved to Minneapolis, Amy volunteered to drive a coworker to dinner and after a wrong exit, they ended up trapped in the airport parking ramp (the airport wasn’t on the way) and late for their reservation.
-
Zero. As a result of a successful Facebook marketplace sale and an unfortunate remodeling delay, it was another 6 months before we were able to hang the new ones.
-
Travis. He has claimed all of Amy’s fishing hats and shirts as his own.
-
The DeWalt Family. One home-improvement project at a time we have grown our tool collection, and our garage resembles a DeWalt display aisle.
-
Being Menard’s BIG card holders.
Before starting each weekend project (and taking 3-4 trips to Menard's) you’ll catch Amy drinking coffee out of her prized Menard’s coffee mug, sent to her by the company on her birthday, and Travis will have on his favorite “Menard” hat. And, no, we did not make a typo.
