when to arrive
Please aim to arrive by 4:40 PM so you have time to park, enter the hotel, take the elevator, and find your seat before the processional begins. The ceremony will be short, meaningful, and full of the people who have shaped our lives in the biggest and smallest ways.
where to go
The wedding will take place at The Dome, Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown, 1313 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55403. The venue has multiple entrances (Main Entrance, Skyway and Parking Garage). Once inside, follow signs for the Adney Wedding or ask hotel staff for directions to the elevator which takes you up to The Dome (top level).

what to wear
Dressy Casual. Ultimately, we want you to wear something you feel great in and can comfortably spend time in with others through the evening.
Men
Pants: consider slacks, dark denim, chinos or dress pants.
Shirts & Jackets: Pair the dressy casual bottoms with a printed or solid button-down dress shirt, or opt for polo/collared shirt. Depending on temperature, crewneck and half-zip sweaters work too. To dress things up or add warmth, you can add a casual blazer.
Suits: While it errs on the dressier side, a suit is still a great outfit option for a dressy casual wedding. Keep things feeling relaxed by choosing one in a laidback fabric or lighter color.
Shoes: Shoe choice is a great way to differentiate a dressy casual look from a formal or informal one. For example, try dressing up relaxed separates with stylish loafers or toning down the dressiness of a blazer or jacket with sleek leather sneakers.
Women
Dresses: Think: sundresses late summer or polished knit styles for fall and winter. Laidback fabrics like cotton, linen and jersey.
Jumpsuits: More elevated style. A flowy, printed pick in a bold color or a wide-leg, crepe pick works.
Separates: Whether it's a silky midi skirt with a knit tank or a pair of trousers with a polished blouse, combining a few of your favorite separates is a great way to create a stylish dressy casual look.
Matching Sets: From two-piece linen dresses to tweed skirts and jackets, matching sets are a great options as well.
Shoes & Accessories: Adding the right shoes and accessories can play a role in nailing a dressy casual look. For example, you can easily elevate a laidback sundress with some heels, or you can tone down a more formal mini with flat, strappy sandals.

Once the ceremony ends, guests can move directly into Social Hour while we take a few photos with family and the wedding party.
